Do you want to lead one of the industry's most important key account teams in an organization where relationships, business acumen, and change management are at the core? Dahl is now seeking a confident and business-driven Sales Manager who wants to develop the business together with some of Sweden's largest customers within the plumbing and HVAC sector.
This is a key role in the business where you will have the opportunity to lead an experienced team, work closely with strategic customers and suppliers, and be a vital part of the continued development of Dahl's Key Account Management (KAM) business in Stockholm.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, you are responsible for a team consisting of both field and inside sales representatives, focusing on national and regional key accounts. The role involves close collaboration with Dahl's central KAM organization and major customers within installation, construction, and contracting.
You are expected to be an active and present leader in customer dialogues, major projects, and strategic business deals. The role also entails close collaboration with suppliers and internal functions to ensure high quality, profitability, and long-term relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team of field and inside sales representatives
- Drive structure, follow-up, and a more proactive sales approach
- Ensure high quality in customer handling and business development
- Work closely with the central KAM function regarding larger customer agreements
- Participate in strategic customer meetings and major projects
- Develop collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to change management and the continued development of the organization
Requirements
- Good experience in leading and developing sales teams within the plumbing, installation, construction, or wholesale industry
- Experience working with larger customers and complex business deals
- Good understanding of project sales and long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work in a business-driven and structured manner with follow-up and results
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
- We consider it a strong merit if you come from the supplier side, wholesale operations, or the contracting side and already have an established network in the industry.
