High-Efficiency Customer Service/Office Coordinator

We are looking for you who have already demonstrated in your current or previous roles that you are a truly productive, structured, and solution-oriented individual who would love to help develop our service to new and even higher levels.

Your contribution will impact how our customer management and office operations function in practice. You have no problem coordinating how customer service, administration, and operational support should be handled. You are accustomed to actively contributing to the development and improvement of routines, working methods, and customer flows so that everyone benefits. You are also accustomed to using digital tools naturally to achieve high results. It is a given that you handle Swedish and English well, both in speech and writing.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce related to consumer products
• Knowledge within the dietary supplement, health, or vitamin industry
