As an Assistant Store Manager, you are fundamentally a store salesperson with a salary supplement for the additional responsibilities in the role. You will work closely with the Store Manager and take on broad operational responsibility. Your duties include:
- Being involved in developing and implementing routines for the new store.
- Being involved in leading and distributing tasks in the store, as well as being responsible for sales and budget follow-up.
- Ensuring that the visual expression in the store aligns with the marketing plan.
- Ensuring that customers receive professional and engaged service in the store.
- Together with the Store Manager, being responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term collaborations regarding work practice/internships.
You have previous leadership experience and an interest in developing the business through people. You have worked in a store selling clothing and/or home furnishings and have a good understanding of the parameters that create success. Furthermore, we see that you have a good sense of trends and education or experience working with the visual expression in a store. You have also previously worked with campaigns and key figures and are a competent administrator. You have good self-awareness and balance clarity and humility in a professional manner. Myrorna is affiliated with collective agreements, and for store salespeople, it is the retail trade agreement that applies. The salary is set based on the current collective agreement. You are also offered a health and wellness allowance as well as an employee discount at all Myrorna physical stores. The position is a permanent position preceded by a probationary period.
