Customized Innovations is now looking for a driven District Sales Manager responsible for Southern Sweden. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working directly with customers, building relationships, and want to work with products and solutions that make a real difference in people's daily lives.

About the Role

As a District Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing sales in Southern Sweden through high customer presence, clear follow-up, and long-term relationships. You will take over an established district with existing customers, while actively processing new business opportunities.

You work closely with distributors, store staff, and partners through product walkthroughs, training, demonstrations, customer events, and sales follow-ups. The role is travel-intensive; you work from home and plan your own work towards set goals.

You work with products including but not limited to 3D scanning, custom-made insoles, orthoses, and injury prevention solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have sales experience and thrive in working close to the customer. You are self-motivated, structured, and business-driven, with the ability to plan your days, book customer visits, and follow up on your activities.

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in customer meetings, curious about the customer's needs, and comfortable demonstrating and explaining products in a simple and engaging way.

We believe you:

  • have experience in sales, preferably B2B, field sales, or sales to distributors
  • enjoy creating activity and working towards clear goals
  • are structured and take responsibility for your own planning
  • find it easy to build long-term customer relationships
  • thrive in a smaller company where the pace is high and teamwork is key
  • are social, positive, and confident in customer meetings
  • have strong self-drive and enjoy working towards goals
  • are computer literate and learn new systems easily

Desirable Experience

It is an advantage if you have experience from any of the following areas:

  • personal protective equipment, workwear, or safety shoes
  • sports, health, rehab, or orthopedic products
  • retail, specialty trade, or distributor management
  • B2B sales to chains, stores, or professional users
  • training, demonstrations, or customer events

However, the most important thing is your attitude, your drive, and your willingness to develop together with us.
