Account Manager at Michelin
Do you want to represent one of the world's strongest brands and build long-term customer relationships in an independent role with significant responsibility? Michelin is now looking for an engaged Account Manager who wants to develop the business together with our customers in a growing district.
About the role
As an Account Manager at Michelin, you are responsible for sales and business development towards tire and car dealers within your district. The role involves a combination of developing existing customer relationships and actively pursuing new customers in the market.
You work from your home office and plan your working days yourself. Travel within the district is a natural part of the job, and you can expect approximately one to two overnight stays per week.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- developing and managing existing customer relationships
- identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- presenting campaigns, product innovations, and business solutions
- providing technical and commercial advice to customers
- planning and executing local marketing activities
- negotiating, following up, and developing annual agreements with our partners
- working with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
Location: Norrköping, Linköping, or Jönköping (home office)
Your onboarding
We want to give you the best conditions for success in the role. Therefore, the employment begins with a comprehensive introduction over 6 weeks, with the first two weeks spent on-site at one of our offices in Europe.

- enjoy building trust and providing customers with first-class service
- communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage, but we place greater emphasis on your personality, your engagement, and your willingness to develop than on the number of years in a sales role.
