Product Specialist – Drive the business forward together with our sales team.
ABENA AB is part of the Danish family-owned group ABENA and has approximately 150 employees in Sweden. With operations in Växjö and Kisa, including our own production, we deliver care and consumable products to both the public sector and private industry. We combine international presence with flexibility and a close customer focus.
We are currently looking for a commercially driven Product Specialist who wants to combine clinical competence with a strong commercial focus and contribute to developing our business within care and social services. This is a role for you who wants to make a difference close to the customer while driving growth together with us.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Specialist, you have a commercially driven role responsible for developing the business and increasing the use of the company's products within care and social services. You work closely with customers and combine clinical competence with a commercial perspective to create value and drive growth together with the sales organization.
Your responsibilities include the implementation of products and proactive work to identify needs, development opportunities, and improved working methods. In this role, you support customers and the sales team in customer dialogues, meetings, and tenders, as well as conducting product training as a tool to create understanding and drive change in operations.
You participate in the development of existing businesses and agreements. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and is part of ABENA's global nursing network. It is also an active part of the sales work, where specialist competence is used to create demand and business value by linking products and working methods to customer value.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Registration as a nurse
- Experience in relationship-building work and close collaboration with customers
- Strong communication skills and experience adapting messages to different target groups
- Experience presenting, training, and building trust in dialogue with nurses, unit managers, etc.
- Good understanding of healthcare organization, decision-making processes, and working methods
- Ability to combine clinical competence with a business perspective
- A commercially driven and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented
- Experience from care and social services
Competence in incontinence care, urology, or related specialist areas is considered highly meritorious.
