Leasing & Community Manager
Do you want to help develop some of Linköping’s most exciting business environments? Are you a star at building relationships, selling opportunities, and creating environments where people and businesses grow?
We are looking for two Leasing & Community Managers who want to help develop our business environments in Linköping. At Sankt Kors, you combine commercial leasing with genuine hospitality and become a key player in the development of our serviced offices and coworking spaces. One role focuses on Ebbepark, and the other on Mjärdevi Center.
About the role
Sankt Kors Fastighets AB doesn’t just build buildings; we build the conditions for growth. As a Leasing & Community Manager, you will be the face of our serviced offices and coworking spaces. We are hiring two Leasing & Community Managers who, together with our existing leasing team, will form a strong unit. One position has a clearer focus on Ebbepark, and the other on Mjärdevi Center. At the same time, you will work across our entire portfolio, which also includes Office20 (in the City) and Vreta Kluster.
This is a role for you who wants to combine commercial acumen with relationship building. You will work closely with companies at various stages – from startups to established international operations – and contribute to creating environments where people, ideas, and business can grow.
As a Leasing & Community Manager, you will become an important part of Sankt Kors’ mission to develop places that strengthen innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth in Linköping. This is not just about filling spaces, but about creating contexts that provide real value for our tenants.
One role has a clearer focus on Ebbepark, where you will further develop the innovation environment through events, networking, and collaborations. The other role has a clearer focus on Mjärdevi Center, where you will help develop the building/location and create conditions for a vibrant community. Regardless of which role you take, you will become part of a shared team. You will move across our entire portfolio and collaborate with everyone from maintenance technicians to the municipality’s business development unit and other partners.
Your main responsibilities:
- Business-driven leasing: You drive the entire leasing process from proactive sales and needs analysis to viewings, contracts, and move-ins for our serviced offices and coworking spaces. Developing and retaining existing tenants is just as important a part of the assignment as welcoming new ones.
- Active community building: You create relationships between our tenants, identify opportunities for collaboration, and build a vibrant community through networking, activities, and events that create business benefits and added value.
- World-class hospitality: You deliver a high level of service and create a safe and inspiring environment for our guests and tenants.
- Collaboration: You work in the marketing and leasing team as well as together with colleagues in communication, conference services, and property management to continue developing our environments and offerings within real estate and mobility.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who thrive in the combination of structure and social buzz. You likely have a background in the real estate industry, sales, service, events, or hospitality and hospitality. To succeed in the role, you need to have a clear business focus and understand the connection between strong customer relationships, high occupancy rates, and a vibrant community. You are driven and see opportunities to develop both customers and environments over time. At the same time, you have the ability to identify synergies between people and companies, and you enjoy creating contacts that lead to valuable collaborations.
You are unpretentious and flexible in your working style. One hour you lead a strategic conversation with a business leader, and the next you support at an event or solve a practical question in the operation. You express yourself well both orally and in writing, have an easy time capturing and formulating what is happening in the operation, and feel equally comfortable in dialogue with entrepreneurs as with decision-makers and other stakeholders.
We are looking for you who have:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, as well as the ability to operate in knowledge-intensive environments.
- Documented experience in proactive sales and/or leasing, preferably within service, conference, or serviced offices.
- Experience from the hospitality industry and an understanding that details create the holistic experience.
- Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English. You contribute material to our external and internal communication by capturing news, formulating texts, and highlighting what is happening among our tenants and in our environments.
