• As a Store Associate, you take significant responsibility to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• You ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
• Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You become an important part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience.

Job Information

Position: Fixed-term position (vacation replacement) for 18.75 hours per week, until 2027-06-18.

Start Date: According to agreement.

Working Hours: You will vary between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

What We Expect

Being food-interested and enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what else is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:

• You should be good at working in teams, be detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the big picture.

In reference to the Working Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
