Matrix stores, part of the Matrebell chain, are looking for new team members. We work with products that meet all customers' needs. The ideal candidate for this position is interested in food, enjoys working with customers, and is quality-conscious. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to inspire customers with your expertise.
Your daily tasks will include placing orders, restocking shelves, managing campaigns, and product display. Stocktaking and daily operations are key parts of the role. You will actively work on the profitability of your department, ensuring that the store's endcaps are well-stocked and inviting for customers. We are looking for a flexible employee who is eager to develop professionally.
To succeed in this role, you must be stress-resistant, capable of juggling multiple tasks, and ambitious. It is important that you are friendly, service-oriented, and fluent in Swedish, as this facilitates daily communication with both customers and suppliers.
