Do you want a central role where you can combine administration, coordination, and service in an organization with socially important tasks?
We are now looking for an engaged and structured administrator for a purchasing unit in Linköping. In this role, you will become an important part of the operations and serve as administrative support to managers and employees within the purchasing organization. You will also collaborate closely with other administrative resources at several locations.
The position is a consulting assignment via Poolia with an initial duration of six months and good opportunities for extension.
About the roleAs an administrator, you are responsible for supporting the operations in daily work and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role is varied and requires a broad perspective, good structure, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to managers and employees
- Handling travel administration
- Planning and coordination of meetings and events
- Invoice management and invoice approvals
- Time management and administrative follow-up
- Orders of goods and services
- Document management and archiving
- Coordination and support in other administrative processes

For this position, you must undergo and pass a security clearance and background check according to current security requirements. Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the security classification of the assignment.
