Kverneland Group Sweden is now looking for a Key Account Manager for an expanding region with huge potential. Here you will play a central role in developing cooperation with dealers and driving sales forward in close dialogue with both customers and partners within agriculture.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at Kverneland Group, you are responsible for sales and development within your region. You work through dealers and have an important role in supporting, developing, and motivating their organizations to achieve set goals together.

This is a sales and relationship role where the focus is on business development, follow-up, and long-term cooperation. You work closely with dealers, follow up on sales targets, and ensure that Kverneland products receive the right focus and representation in the market.

You will be a key link between Kverneland and the dealers – both strategically and operationally.

The role involves significant personal responsibility and great freedom under responsibility, where you plan your own days and have the opportunity to work from home.

Your area of responsibility

The region currently covers:

  • Sörmland
  • Uppland
  • Västmanland
  • Dalarna
  • Värmland
  • Närke
  • Dalsland

Travel is a natural part of the job and overnight stays occur regularly.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Be responsible for sales and budget within the region
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers
  • Set goals and follow up on results together with the dealers
  • Ensure that dealers are up to date regarding products, administration, service, and aftermarket
  • Participate in customer visits together with the dealers' salespeople
  • Plan and execute trade fairs, customer activities, and travel
  • Work closely with other KAM colleagues and the service organization
  • Contribute to continued growth in the region where the potential is very large

We are looking for you who

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person driven by relationships, business, and long-term cooperation. You have a genuine interest in agriculture and agricultural machinery and understand the importance of building trust with both dealers and end customers.

You are used to taking personal responsibility, work in a structured manner, and have the ability to both support and challenge your partners to achieve common goals.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience of B2B sales
  • Good knowledge of agricultural machinery
  • Agronomic understanding or experience from farming
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Good communication skills in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of English (Corporate language)
  • Experience in dealer management is an advantage
