About the Role

In the role of experienced technical sales representative, you will have a free and varied position where you become a key person in the team. Your mission is to build new customer relationships, develop business areas, and create long-term collaborations with companies that value quality, technical competence, and customized solutions.

As a technical sales representative, you will among other things:

  • Create and develop new customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Work closely with technical specialists to develop the right solutions
  • Develop long-term business with a focus on quality and customer value
  • Contribute to the development of our commercial work

The role suits you if you are motivated by combining business acumen with technical solutions and want to influence the company's continued growth journey.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have at least five years of documented experience in technical B2B sales within one or more of our business areas: medical technology, defense industry, or product development. You can independently process new customers and drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

You are accustomed to operating in technology-intensive environments and feel confident in complex deals where understanding the customer's business is just as important as the product. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

To thrive with us and in the role, you should be technically curious and strongly business-driven. You enjoy working independently while contributing to a strong team. You need to be structured and persistent in long sales processes while taking great ownership of your area of responsibility.
