To Doktor.se Adina Health's Health Center, we are now looking for an engaged district nurse who wants to become part of a wonderful team and participate in developing the primary care of the future together with us.

About the role

As a district nurse with us, you work based on patients and evidence. You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first.

Examples of tasks:

• Standard reception work at the health center and Child Health Center (BVC)
• Triage and handling of acute patient flows
• Helping us develop primary care by participating in the implementation of digital-physical processes

About you

To thrive in this role, you are confident in your professional role and appreciate working in a changing environment where you have the chance to influence and contribute with innovative thinking. There are great development opportunities in this role. We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

• Licensed district nurse with experience from Child Health Centers (BVC)
• Experience in asthma/COPD; experience in diabetes is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
