Your role as a pharmacist with LMA authorization at Kronans Apotek in Överby Shopping Centre, Trollhättan: a stable pharmacy with great opportunities.

We are looking for you who are an engaged and experienced pharmacist who wants to become Kronans Apotek's expert on prescription medicines and self-care products. The pharmacy is located in a shopping centre and in the surrounding area there are a grocery store, a healthcare centre, and a residential area. The typical customer with us is both family with children, elderly, self-care customers, and also quick shoppers. You will work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of 3 pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician who jointly take responsibility for the pharmacy and create customer experiences of the highest quality.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medicines and self-care products to work with stock management, campaigns, quality work, and development. You are responsible for ensuring that the operations comply with current laws, regulations, and ordinances for outpatient pharmacies. The role also includes the following tasks within your area of responsibility:

• Dispense medicines and offer safe and professional patient advice, contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Contribute to participation and good collaboration within the pharmacy through close cooperation with colleagues.
• Ensure that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are carried out and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control.
• Handle deviations and deficiencies that arise at the pharmacy, assess them, and take necessary measures.
• Have overall responsibility for following up on the quality of the operations and contribute to spreading knowledge about good medicine use and quality in the team.

The pharmacy is open 09:00–19:00 on weekdays, 10:00–17:00 on Saturdays, and 11:00–17:00 on Sundays. We offer a temporary position on a part-time basis of 80% with the possibility of full-time, and you will belong to pharmacy manager Mojgan Ahmadi's team. Desired start date by agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. You have extensive experience as a pharmacist and want to share your knowledge to contribute to good medicine use and improved health – for both customers and colleagues.

For the role of LMA, you need to have at least two years of experience from a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and at least one year of documented quality work. We believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards common goals.
