Welcome to our lovely pharmacy, Hjärtat at Focus Gårda Business Center in Gothenburg!

We are looking for you who are a flexible and engaged pharmacist who wants to deliver the best customer service. We have a wide range of self-care products in our pharmacy, and a customer base that appreciates our expertise in self-care combined with advice during prescription handling. We are looking for a pharmacist who is dedicated to personal sales/advice, has the drive to present a sales-oriented and well-displayed pharmacy, and has a coaching approach towards colleagues to achieve set sales goals. We work as a team and find joy in reaching our sales targets together – we love to celebrate when we succeed.

As a manager, it is very important to me that you are engaged, goal-oriented, and take initiative in your role as a pharmacist. You ensure that the customer's need for advice and the assurance of correct medication use are met, that you are passionate about value-added sales, and contribute to a good team spirit to achieve our common goals.

In the role of Sales Manager at Hjärtat, you are responsible for driving sales growth of consumer goods and over-the-counter medicines at your pharmacy. Together with the Responsible Pharmacist and your Pharmacy Manager, you optimize Hjärtat's campaigns and sales activities. The role also involves taking initiative for activities and exercises that promote sales, such as competitions and campaign follow-ups. Your task is to coach your colleagues in customer interaction, sales, and advice!

Our customers expect competent and fast service when visiting us at Focus Gårda.

We are open weekdays 10–19, Saturdays 10–15, and Sundays 11–15.

We are a team of 5 competent and engaged pharmacists who give that little extra in every customer meeting.

The position is permanent and full-time. The position can be filled as soon as possible or by agreement. Interviews and the selection process will take place on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply directly. Probationary employment may apply.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and see yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
