Do you want to work on issues that influence the development of e-health? In this role, you can contribute with analyses, investigations, and coordination in a rapidly developing area.
About the role
In this role, you work with planning and conducting investigations, analyses, and reports that support the agency's work within the e-health sector. You produce and coordinate assessments and analyze materials in preparation for consultation responses and positions, with a particular focus on issues related to the European Health Data Space (EHDS). A key part of the assignment is to develop and implement strategies, information-sharing processes, and efficient working methods in collaboration with other units and external actors. You monitor and analyze developments within the EU, map the external environment, and identify future requirements that may impact operations.
The role also involves structuring and coordinating development initiatives, as well as conducting needs analyses, environmental scanning, and change management. You prepare cases and produce decision-making materials for management and other decision-makers. Furthermore, you lead and participate in collaboration forums within the e-health sector and analyze bills, reports, investigations, and other materials concerning the agency's mandate and operational development.
About you

With a strategic and analytical approach, you can identify development opportunities, solve problems, and make well-founded decisions that contribute to the organization's goals.
We are looking for someone who has:
- An academic degree in a relevant field of at least 180 ECTS credits (or 120 credits according to the previous system)
- At least 3 years of work experience in project management
- Work experience in investigative work within government agencies, regions, or municipalities
- Work experience in inter-agency cooperation
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Very good ability to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing
The following qualifications are meritorious for the position:
- Work experience in EU and international coordination
- Work experience in driving change initiatives
- Work experience working with agile methodologies, such as SAFe
- Work experience leading projects involving extensive legal analysis
- Work experience in e-health, digitalization, or the healthcare and social care sector
