We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Solviken Preschool, who together with us wants to make a difference for our children!

Your Role

As a preschool teacher with us, you have an important task in creating a safe, inspiring, and educational preschool environment where every child is given the opportunity to develop and succeed. You plan and adapt the teaching based on the children's different prerequisites, experiences, and needs, with a clear focus on learning, play, and care in interaction.

You awaken the children's curiosity and desire to learn through both planned teaching situations and by seizing spontaneous moments in everyday life. With a conscious pedagogical approach, you contribute to making the teaching meaningful, inclusive, and stimulating for all children.

In your role, you are a driving force in the work of developing pedagogical environments that support play, exploration, and learning. You have good knowledge of the curriculum's goals and values and work together with your colleagues to put these into practice. As a preschool teacher, you lead and coordinate the pedagogical work in the team and have an active influence on the development of the activity.

The assignment involves planning, implementing, documenting, following up, and evaluating education and teaching in accordance with governing documents. You work systematically with observation, reflection, and analysis as a natural and integrated part of the daily work, thereby contributing to the preschool's systematic quality work.

We expect you to have:

• Good knowledge of the preschool's mission and governing documents, as well as familiarity with using pedagogical documentation as a starting point for systematic quality work.
• Good pedagogical leadership.
• Good collaboration skills and contribute to the development of the preschool.
• Good ability to take responsibility for teaching according to the curriculum.
• A professional approach.
• A positive attitude towards the development of the preschool's teaching, children, and yourself.
• A positive attitude, flexible working style, and ability to create a good work climate.
