About the role

As a Team Leader, you are the hub of our alarm center. You lead an experienced team of operators responsible for handling alarms, monitoring, and communication – all to create security for our customers and field colleagues.

Your mission is to create an alarm center that stands for security – where every alarm is handled quickly, correctly, and with high professionalism to give our customers and colleagues the safety they deserve.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the team in daily work and provide support during complex incidents.
• Ensure quality and follow up on operators' work to ensure procedures are followed.
• Plan and allocate tasks, staffing, and operations.
• Develop working methods and competence to increase quality and efficiency.
• Report to management and contribute insights that strengthen the business.

Who are you?

We place great importance on you enjoying both independent work and teamwork. You must have the ability to convey security to customers and employees by being competent, reliable, and responsible. We also value good communication skills and a high degree of security mindset and flexibility.

We look for you to have:

• Education as an alarm operator or equivalent experience within security.
• Ability to create security through professional, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• High communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Good order and responsibility – you have a clean financial record, are drug-free, and have no criminal record.
• Completed upper secondary education.
• Leadership experience is meritorious and seen as a significant plus.

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent position.
• Employment level: Full-time 100%.
• Working hours: Shift work.
• Start date: According to agreement.
• Probation period: 6 months.

The role is classified for security, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
