Montessori School

Montessori School in Norrtälje is an independent primary school with approximately 500 students for the academic year 2026/2027. We are centrally located on Stockholm Road, with close proximity to both nature and city amenities. At our school, teaching is infused with the fundamental principles of Montessori pedagogy, focusing on the student's individual development, curiosity, and sense of responsibility.

The Position

We are looking for a certified teacher in mathematics, natural sciences, or technology for grades 7–9.

As a teacher here, you work together with a dedicated and experienced team. Together, you create high-quality teaching where every student's development is the focus. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching with the student's interest, motivation, and potential as the starting point.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in mathematics/natural sciences/technology for grades 7–9
• Has a good ability to translate the curriculum and regulatory documents into practical teaching
• Is a confident and clear leader in the classroom
• Easily creates good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
• Has great commitment and wants to contribute to the school's development
