Music Teacher Grades 3–9 at Eneskolan

Do you want to inspire students to develop through music? Eneskolan is now looking for an engaged and certified music teacher for teaching in grades 3–9.

About Us

Eneskolan is a municipal F-9 school (preschool class to grade 9) in Södertälje Municipality, located in Järna, approximately 20 km outside the city of Södertälje. You will join a school with competent and engaged staff, many of whom have worked at the school for a long time. The school is currently undergoing a change process, meaning you will work together with colleagues to drive the school's pedagogical development.

About the Position

As a music teacher at Eneskolan, you are responsible for planning, teaching, and follow-up in the subject of music according to the Swedish National Curriculum (Lgr22). You teach students in grades 3–9 and work on developing their musical knowledge, creativity, and expressive skills.

You create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students are given the opportunity to try, develop, and showcase their abilities. The role also includes participating in and planning the school's joint activities, such as performances and traditions.

You collaborate closely with colleagues in work teams and actively contribute to the school's development work. Mentorship may be included in the role.

Who Are You?

Requirements:

• Certified teacher with eligibility to teach music in grades 1–9 for primary school.
• Good knowledge of the national curriculum (Lgr22).
• Clear pedagogical leadership and ability to create a conducive learning environment.
• Ability to inspire and engage students with different prerequisites.
