About the RoleYou will step into a senior Business Analyst role in a complex financial services environment where post-trade products, services, and operations are central to the business. The assignment sits close to both business and technology and focuses on turning complex needs into structured, actionable requirements that support efficient delivery.
You will work across areas serving private clients, corporate clients, and financial institutions. The environment is highly regulated, data-intensive, and dependent on clear coordination between operations, compliance, business stakeholders, and IT. Your ability to bring structure, interpret complexity, and connect regulatory demands with practical system and process improvements will be key.

Job Description- You will lead the requirements work with a clear focus on enabling delivery in a structured and efficient way.
- You will translate business needs into well-structured, actionable requirements aligned with system capabilities.
- You will analyse post-trade products, services, and operational processes across different client segments.
- You will work with large and complex datasets to identify inefficiencies, support decision-making, and strengthen operational performance.
- You will support regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives by turning complex demands into practical business and operational improvements.
- You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and IT to create shared understanding and clear priorities.
- You will help simplify complex operational environments and ensure requirements can be implemented effectively.
- Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of post-trade products, services, and operational processes.
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives.
- Proven ability to write clear, structured, and implementable business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience working in complex stakeholder environments involving business and IT teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
