You will step into an insurance operations environment where several major changes are happening simultaneously in the digital channels. Here, you will play a key role in translating architecture and solution design into working technology together with the development teams. You will become the link between the platform, infrastructure, and teams, ensuring that the right technical components are built in the correct order, work together, and can be managed throughout the entire lifecycle.

The role focuses heavily on supporting teams through change, particularly within Developer Experience, Micro Frontend architecture, and migration towards target architecture. You will help teams onboard, make sustainable technical decisions, and continue delivering without losing momentum in development or operations. This is a role for you who want to combine technical depth with real influence over ways of working, the platform, and architecture.

• You support development teams in onboarding to new platforms, tools, and ways of working.
• You lead technical reviews and workshops, especially during major changes and migrations.
• You help teams understand and apply architecture principles, guidelines, and target architecture in their daily work.
• You drive technical dialogues regarding design, structure, integrations, and dependencies between solutions.
• You work hands-on with the teams in critical phases and contribute practically, not just advisory.
• You identify competency gaps and recurring technical hurdles between teams and raise them for resolution at the platform or organizational level.
• You contribute to improving onboarding materials, documentation, and shared ways of working related to tools and developer experience.
• You document important architectural decisions and trade-offs in a structured and reusable manner.
• You support teams in migrating and further developing solutions in Azure without negatively impacting deliveries.

• Several years of experience in software development and operations in Azure environments.
• Practical experience from at least one major cloud migration project to Azure.
• Extensive experience with Azure in production, including design and operation of services.
• Experience with container platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service or Azure Container Apps.
• Good understanding of network segmentation, Zero Trust, and secure communication between services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code for Azure resources, for example using Bicep or Terraform.
• Ability to review and improve API design in Azure environments, preferably with Azure API Management.
• Basic understanding of event-driven architecture, for example via Kafka.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based systems.
• Experience with GitOps, secrets management, contract testing, and promotion flows in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Practical experience with authentication and authorization in Azure, such as Azure AD, OIDC, JWT, and RBAC.
• Experience with structured logging and monitoring, such as with Application Insights, and a good understanding of SLOs.
• Basic understanding of modern frontend architectures and the ability to read React/TypeScript code.
• Understanding of Web Components and principles of frontend isolation.
• Experience working in a supportive and coaching manner towards multiple parallel development teams.
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish, as well as fluent English.

• Previous experience from platform, Enablement, or DevOps teams.
