About the Role

You will be based in modern offices in central Stockholm and become part of an engaged audit team with varying levels of experience. As an Audit Manager, you will work with a broad customer portfolio across different industries and company sizes. Your responsibilities include reviewing clients' accounting and management, as well as providing proactive advice on areas for improvement. You play a central role in the team, with responsibility for review, budget, coaching, and leadership. The role offers significant scope for independent responsibility, the opportunity to build long-term customer relationships, and the ability to influence your own professional development.

About You

We are looking for someone with solid experience in auditing who wishes to continue developing in a leadership role. You are goal-oriented, structured, and possess strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships. At the same time, you are an empathetic relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic environment where customer needs are at the center. To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Are an authorized auditor (Cand. Econ.) or have at least 7 years of experience in the auditing profession.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting/auditing.
• Are proficient in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Have an interest in digital solutions and want to be part of the industry's digitalization journey.
