A temporary state grant is being introduced with the aim of lowering prices in public transport in the autumn of 2026. Naturvårdsverket is responsible for the implementation together with the country's regions.
The positions are located in the Grants and Control Unit within the Department for Development, Digitalization, and Operational Support.
Your responsibilities
As a case officer, you work in several parts of the case processing process, including:
- Register and handle incoming applications
- Review and assess documentation
- Process and follow up on cases
Your qualifications
Requirements for employment
- A university degree with a social science focus or other education that the employer considers equivalent
- Experience in case processing or similar administrative tasks
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Experience working in the public sector
- Good proficiency in working digitally and with IT-based systems
Meritorious qualifications
- Experience with case management systems (e.g., Iipax Case or similar)
- Experience in grant or case management
- Knowledge of processes for deviation handling in grant cases

About the position
The positions are fixed-term appointments on a full-time basis, located in Stockholm or Östersund. Start date is by agreement.
We apply individual salary setting, and there is some possibility for remote work.
