Your Role

You will be part of a central team where we jointly have the opportunity to develop Nobina Sweden's sustainability work within our operational activities.

As Sustainability Manager in the East, you will be the engine of our sustainability efforts in Stockholm County. You are responsible for ensuring that Nobina's sustainability work is not just words on paper, but a natural part of daily operations in our traffic areas.

The role comes with great responsibility but also significant opportunities to influence and create change.

You will:

• Drive, coordinate, and follow up on local ESG initiatives (quality/governance, environment, and social responsibility).
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, agreements, processes, and internal goals.
• Support local business managers and their teams with knowledge, training, and inspiration (Business Support and Change Management).
• Participate in risk assessments, audits, and improvement work.
• Contribute data and materials for sustainability reporting and KPIs.

We are looking for you with the following profile:

To succeed in this role, you are analytical and structured with a strong drive to work proactively. You have a strong sense of responsibility and ensure that issues are driven to completion while supporting other employees and functions. Furthermore, we look for:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field related to quality and environment.
• Several years of work experience in quality, environment, ISO certification, or equivalent.
• Leadership background, either through direct personnel responsibility or project management.
• Experience in change management.

About the position and application

The position is full-time, 100%. Location in the geographical area of Stockholm East. Initially, you will support and work with our traffic areas Södertörn and Södertälje/Kallhäll. You will be based in the town within your geographical area that suits you best. Travel to our various depots occurs weekly.

Please note that the selection process begins in week 32.
