Description

We are now looking for an engaged teacher for our Sales and Service team with a development assignment. The assignment is intended to develop the program as a whole, and you will help shape the program's future direction. This involves developing safety, study environment, and program-specific tasks within the program.

About the position

The position is a combined role where you work both strategically and operationally. Sometimes you are a support during lessons, and other times you develop tasks within the program. Part of the position involves mentorship. Another part of the position involves being an attendance coordinator, which means you will work actively with students who have high absenteeism.

The position will involve being a central part of the collaboration between EHT (School of Engineering and Technology) and the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified upper secondary school teacher, vocational teacher, or social pedagogue, or has another suitable higher education qualification that the employer deems appropriate.
• Has experience working with students in upper secondary school or equivalent operations.
• Has very good skills in building relationships and working inclusively.
• Is structured, proactive, and solution-focused, with the ability to document.
• Has a strong student focus and is driven by making a difference.

Meritorious:

• Has worked with some form of attendance coordination.
• Has worked as a full-time mentor/supermentor.
