Description

Kastellegård School is located in Ytterby, approximately 5 km from Kungälv. At the school, we have students from preschool class to grade 6, and here work highly engaged employees. The school leadership consists of a principal for grades F-3 and one for grades 4-6.

We are now looking for you who are a certified teacher in after-school programs (fritidshem). Your assignment will involve work in the after-school program and in the classroom, where collaboration with colleagues is an important starting point.

Responsibilities

Together with the rest of the school staff, you work to create the best conditions for our students' learning and development.

Our focus is to give students the secure base they need to develop the knowledge and skills required in tomorrow's society.

You will plan, implement, and evaluate the pedagogical work both independently and together with colleagues.

• Enjoy and have a desire for close collaboration with colleagues, where you see opportunities and, together with the work team and other colleagues, take responsibility for solving challenges in everyday life.
• Have an inclusive approach and the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Have a holistic perspective on the student's development and see each individual and their abilities in group contexts.
• Have good digital competence.
• Are a certified teacher in after-school programs (fritidshem).
