Located by the City Park in Lund, Vårdcentralen Södertull is easy to commute to from all over Skåne and has just over 11,000 registered patients. We are approximately 45 dedicated employees offering comprehensive primary care, consisting of medical secretaries, doctors, nurses/registered nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, and receptionists. At our clinic, all professions collaborate with the patient at the center, and you will have a valued and natural role in the team. We work in bright and fresh premises where both we and our visitors feel comfortable. We care for each other and our team's good atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES

We look forward to welcoming a new colleague. Here, you will meet patients with mental and behavioral health issues. Your task will be to meet our patients' needs for psychosocial support through, for example, supportive and/or therapeutic conversations. You assess the patient's mental health from a holistic perspective and treat the patient's mental and social health conditions using evidence-based treatment methods. This can take place at an individual or group level.

The psychosocial team consists of a social worker and a psychologist. In the team, we work closely together, and collaboration with other professional categories at the clinic is part of our daily routine. We hold team rounds with the patient's best interests as the focus. We value and utilize the breadth of knowledge among our employees. In addition to clinical daily work, we continuously work together to improve and develop our workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare, as well as Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.

Furthermore, we consider it meritorious if you have work experience from primary care and/or psychiatric outpatient care, or treatment work from another activity. We have a strong salutogenic approach at the clinic. We work proactively to help patients preserve function and abilities. It is a requirement that you feel confident in this approach, as the psychologist plays an important role in the team treating the patient. Furthermore, we want you as a person to be good at collaborating, positive, and unpretentious. The ability to look up and see the needs of the operation is desirable.
