Svalöv Municipality and Bjuv Municipality are now seeking a Medical Responsibility for Rehabilitation (MAR) for a new joint position. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning to develop, quality-assure, and strengthen rehabilitation efforts in two municipalities.

As MAR, you will become an important part of the work to ensure good and safe rehabilitation within municipal healthcare. The position is organizationally placed in the social sector in Svalöv Municipality and involves work in both Svalöv and Bjuv municipalities, with an approximate distribution of 50 percent in each municipality.

We are looking for you who want to combine strategic development work with a strong focus on quality, patient safety, and operational development.

You will collaborate closely with managers at various levels, MAS (Nursing Responsibility), licensed personnel, and other professions to develop and monitor operations based on current legislation, regulations, and national guidelines.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

As MAR, you have overall responsibility for supporting, developing, and monitoring quality and patient safety within the rehabilitation area in Svalöv and Bjuv municipalities. The assignment means that you work both strategically and operationally close, with a focus on creating clear, safe, and equal working methods within municipal rehabilitation.

You are responsible for developing, monitoring, and quality-assuring rehabilitation processes, as well as producing, implementing, and monitoring guidelines and routines. An important part of the assignment is to contribute to systematic quality and patient safety work, including participating in deviation management, analyses, and improvement work.

In the role, you provide support to managers and operations in rehabilitation matters and act as an expert in the field. You follow developments in legislation, regulations, and national guidelines and contribute to translating these into practical work.

You will also collaborate with internal and external actors and be an important part of the development of future rehabilitation operations in both municipalities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist or a licensed physiotherapist/sports therapist and who have experience in rehabilitation work. You have good knowledge of relevant legislation within healthcare and an interest in quality and patient safety work.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently, structured, and drive issues forward. You have a good ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate with different professions, managers, and operations. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good digital competence.

Experience of municipal healthcare, strategic development work, management systems, or deviation management is meritorious.

A B-driving license is a requirement as the position involves work in both Svalöv and Bjuv municipalities.
