Primary Care East within Region Skåne, Ystad area, is looking for an engaged specialist physician in general practice who wants to help develop care close to the patient. You will have the opportunity to work at one or more of Österlen's health centers, thereby gaining variety in your work with a broad patient group. As a specialist physician in Primary Care East, you will always have support from a large and engaged team. Here we work closely together with several professional groups at the health center, and the collegial collaboration is strong, giving you good opportunities to exchange knowledge, discuss patient cases, and develop together. The rural areas of Scania and their health centers are facing constant change, where you will have the opportunity to be part of and drive improvement projects.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist physician with us, you will use your full competence within the field of general practice. Your tasks involve standard duties at a health center. This includes, for example, patient reception for both booked and urgent visits, home care, child health services (BVC), and managing and following up on patients with chronic diseases.

With us, you will receive an individually adapted introduction based on your previous experience so that you can get into the work in the best possible way. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, and there is an opportunity to work part-time if you wish. We are attentive to your wishes regarding employment level, schedule, and personal development. Furthermore, we have the possibility to offer a competitive salary.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physician with permission to work within Swedish healthcare, and who have specialist competence in general practice. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are also a requirement.
