What you actually do

You meet patients with a wide range of ailments – both at the clinic, during sample collection, and in the reception – warmly and professionally. You are a central part of the care and work both independently and in teams, where both aspects are equally important. You perform simple examinations, work with sample collection, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, referrals, and mail handling.

What we expect from you

You are a trained nursing assistant and have a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or alternatively, a certificate of permanent employment as a nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.

You have experience with sample collection, clinic work, and reception/service – experience from primary care is meritorious.

But most importantly, who you are

You have a genuine interest in people and a natural, respectful attitude.

You are service-oriented, flexible, and thrive in a varied workday.

You contribute to a good atmosphere and are a team player who supports colleagues.

You are computer literate and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You take responsibility and get things done.

You deliver care and service with high quality and put the patient first, not just as a buzzword but in practice every day.

Practical Information

Start: Autumn 2026, when it suits us both

Scope: According to agreement

Employment: Permanent (6-month probationary period applies)

Working hours: Daytime 08:00–17:00, evening and weekend shifts may occur.
