Rechon Life Science AB is now recruiting an experienced Microbiology Analyst. As an analyst, you will work practically in the laboratory with a broad spectrum of microbiological analyses and quality controls. The role involves significant individual responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of methods and working practices.

The role includes, among other things:

• Sample handling and registration
• Endotoxin analysis
• Depyrogenation analysis
• Reading of environmental monitoring
• Identification and typing of microorganisms
• Fill volume test (Blue bath test)
• Inspection of APS (Automatic Pipetting System)
• Preparation of substrates as well as pouring of plates and cassettes
• Performance of positive controls as well as verification of analyses and media
• Creation and updating of SOPs

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist (BMLS) or higher in microbiology or a related field
• Experience in laboratory work within microbiology
• Good understanding of quality systems and laboratory processes
• Experience in driving and conducting microbiological studies
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (required)

It is also meritorious if you have experience with:

• Jeeves (sample registration, result reporting, specification management)
• LIMS (Labware)
• Canea (SOP, CAPA, deviation management)
• SharePoint and Microsoft Office
