Located by Stadsparken in Lund, Vårdcentralen Södertull is easy to commute to from all of Scania and has just over 11,000 registered patients. We are approximately 45 dedicated employees offering comprehensive primary care, consisting of medical secretaries, doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, and receptionists. At our clinic, all professions collaborate with the patient at the center, and you will have a valued and natural role in the team. We work in bright and fresh premises where both we and our visitors feel comfortable. We care for each other and our team's good atmosphere. We are convinced that we provide better and safer care if we, as employees, are happy in our work.

Our goal is to provide good care for the whole person at all ages and stages of life. We have both a Child Health Center (BVC) and a Midwife Clinic (BMM) in our premises, as well as responsibility for two care homes. Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for two engaged nurses/specialist nurses who are passionate about patient care, think outside the box, and are driven. We are embarking on a journey of change, where the entire clinic works together on accessibility, focusing on our sickest and elderly, quality, and job satisfaction.

We offer two interesting and developing positions with the opportunity to divide your time between triage via phone, digitally, and physically, and clinic work, for example, in the asthma-COPD clinic. You are an important part of our collaboration with municipal home care services. We work with several IT systems such as PMO, My Plans, and 1177 Direct.

Our days are intentionally varied and diverse with close collaboration with all professions. We will fill these positions in two stages, with one expected to start in September and the other in mid-November.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse or specialist nurse with the eligibility to work in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. We consider it meritorious if you have experience working in primary care and if you have had your own clinic. Experience with triage both on-site and via phone is also considered meritorious.
