Make a difference. Every day.

Do you want to work to improve other people's lives while having fun at work? We are now welcoming an engaged nurse who wants to work in an exciting and developing environment with wonderful colleagues.

At the Intensive and Perioperative Care Area (VO IPV Lund) at Skåne University Hospital in Lund, highly specialized anesthesia and operating room care is provided within surgery, ear, nose, and throat (ENT), orthopedics, maxillofacial surgery, neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmic surgery, and women's health.

In recent years, IPV Lund has undergone a major organizational change where we have become our own operational area and gained a flatter organization, meaning shortened decision-making paths and increased proximity to employees. We have also introduced a service structure for the Competence and Service Model, which aims to create common structures for professional development and continuous learning, which in turn contributes to increasing the conditions for good and safe care for our patients. The plan going forward is to expand our resources to meet the citizens' needs.

In autumn 2026, we will begin launching a new postoperative operation, where the preparatory phase is to establish a postoperative ward within Gynecology-Obstetrics and Gynecological Surgery. Our plan and vision going forward is to continue developing our postoperative capacity across the entire operational area. Are you a nurse with previous postoperative experience and ready for your next challenge? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
