Being a Dentist at Smile Dental Care

As a general dentist within Smile, you are a specialist in oral diagnostics and are responsible for ensuring that the work performed is patient-safe and meets high quality standards. An important part of your job is to offer health-promoting and preventive dental care together with your dental team. At Smile's various clinics, you may perform everything from routine check-ups to emergency dental care and more advanced treatments.

At our clinics, we regularly hold joint clinic and therapy meetings where you have the opportunity for joint discussion and reflection. Through this, you have the opportunity to significantly influence and develop your workplace together with your colleagues. At Smile, we work in Frenda.

Employment Type and Start Date

We are offering two positions as a dentist at Smile Trelleborg – a permanent position starting with a probationary period, and a fixed-term position. Both positions have an employment level of 75–90% as agreed. We wish to fill one position in autumn 2026, and one at the beginning of 2027.

Who are we looking for?

We see that you, just like us, work to give your patients the best possible care and provide the highest possible level of service. At Smile, we are a team, and we are best together, so we see that you are collaborative and flat-hierarchy oriented. We work with modern equipment and the latest technology, and as a dentist with us, you have the opportunity to provide the best qualitative care to your patients.

In addition to the above competencies, we see that you:

• Hold a Swedish license as a dentist
• Speak and write good Swedish
• Experience as a dentist is meritorious
• Experience with bite splints is an extra plus for one of the positions, but it is not a requirement to be considered in the process
