Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer service representative who wants to be an important part of our team. The role involves customer service, administration, and handling customer cases.

You will:

  • Provide professional service and support to our customers via phone and email.
  • Handle incoming customer cases, answer questions, and ensure customers receive fast and accurate assistance.
  • Register and administer customer data, orders, and other cases in our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient solutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer cases and ensure they are handled according to company procedures and quality requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes.

Qualifications

You are a service-oriented person who thrives on daily contact with customers and colleagues. You have a professional demeanor, strong administrative skills, and work in a structured manner even at a high pace. You are stress-resistant, flexible, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

You should meet the following requirements:

  • Have strong communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be computer literate and comfortable working in various systems.
  • Be service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a genuine interest in helping customers.
  • Be meticulous, responsible, and work methodically.
  • Have strong social skills and understand the importance of actively developing strong collaboration with colleagues and other functions within the business.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or working in business systems is a plus.
