At inventYOU, we are looking for a senior consultant to take on the role of Business Architect and Project Lead for a public sector assignment in Stockholm.

The assignment focuses on analyzing and designing a target-state solution for a sales reporting and process workflow. The consultant will support the client in developing a decision and implementation basis, including current state analysis, needs and requirements analysis, alternative analysis, recommendations, as well as cost-benefit and risk assessments.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, solution architects, requirements analysts, and security specialists. You will lead workshops, structure the analysis work, document business-critical processes, and contribute to defining a scalable future target state. The role requires a consultant who can combine strategic business understanding with practical delivery, clear communication, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead current state and target state analysis for business-critical financial flows
• Map and analyze sales reporting, invoicing, reporting, and follow-up processes
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and IT stakeholders
• Define target state, process design, and overall solution recommendations
• Support requirements analysis and prioritization
• Develop alternative analysis, decision support, and implementation recommendations
• Contribute to cost-benefit and risk assessments
• Coordinate work between business analysis, solution architecture, and security
• Present conclusions and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Ensure final documentation is clear, structured, and delivered in Swedish

Requirements

• Senior experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, Management Consultant, Lead Business Analyst, or similar
• Documented experience with financial processes, accounting flows, invoicing, ERP, or reporting processes
• Extensive experience in business analysis, process analysis, and requirements work
• Experience in developing decision support, alternative analysis, and implementation recommendations
• Experience working with business-critical flows including IT support
• Ability to lead an assignment and structure work in a small team
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and IT stakeholders
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Available for hybrid work in Stockholm/Solna, with key meetings on-site
• Experience from the Swedish public sector or regulated environments
• Experience with procurement, government agencies, or administrative business flows
• Experience with BI/reporting, ERP platforms, financial systems, or integration-heavy environments
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis, risk analysis, and change management
• Experience working with information security or compliance requirements
