As the Store Manager in Stockholm, you will lead a high-traffic store with high expectations. Stockholm is a key market for Motonet, and you will interact with both customers and suppliers/partners. This role demands strong leadership, structure, order, and a top-class customer experience.
What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in retail as a Store Manager, Shop Manager, or Supervisor, preferably in a business with high inventory turnover and a broad product range. Experience in B2B is also an advantage. Experience from the automotive, vehicle, spare parts, or DIY industries is a plus.

In the role of Store Manager, you will:
Create and optimize sales
Set and follow up on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals based on organizational objectives
Actively participate in all store operations and departments
Ensure world-class customer service
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop and implement actions to improve these metrics
Coach and support department heads and other employees
Create a good and safe working environment with motivated employees
