Are you passionate about sales, developing staff, and achieving great results? Do you want to be part of an exciting journey and launch and run Motonet's first store in Stockholm? Then this job is for you!

As the Store Manager in Stockholm, you will lead a high-traffic store with high expectations. Stockholm is a key market for Motonet, and you will interact with both customers and suppliers/partners. This role demands strong leadership, structure, order, and a top-class customer experience.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in retail as a Store Manager, Shop Manager, or Supervisor, preferably in a business with high inventory turnover and a broad product range. Experience in B2B is also an advantage. Experience from the automotive, vehicle, spare parts, or DIY industries is a plus.

In the role of Store Manager, you will:

  • Create and optimize sales

  • Set and follow up on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals based on organizational objectives

  • Actively participate in all store operations and departments

  • Ensure world-class customer service

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop and implement actions to improve these metrics

  • Coach and support department heads and other employees

  • Create a good and safe working environment with motivated employees
