Job Description

As a Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS), you have overall responsibility for quality and legal certainty within the social services' operations. You work closely with management and operations and contribute to developing working methods that ensure that interventions are carried out with good quality and in accordance with current legislation.

In the role, you are a strategic support to managers and employees and have an important function in contributing to the development of the administration's systematic quality work. You also coordinate work regarding deviations, complaints, and Lex Sarah, and act as an expert in matters concerning the Social Services Act (SoL). You are, of course, also an important part of our transition to the new Social Services Act and what we refer to as the welfare transition.

The position as SAS is part of the Quality and Business Development Department, where medically responsible persons and other business developers are organized. The department's employees report to the Head of Administration.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or equivalent relevant higher education, and who have experience from the social services' operations. You have good knowledge of SoL, LSS, HSL, SOSFS 2011:9, and Lex Sarah, as well as experience in quality management and development work.

You have good ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently to keep timeframes and achieve set goals. You also need to be communicative and have a very good ability to create trusting relationships and collaborations.

A B-class driver's license is required along with good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
