About the Role

Do you want to make a difference in a role where security, collaboration, and development are in focus?

As a Team Leader at Securitas, you will help create strong teams, where your engagement and your ability to lead with care and clarity make a real difference – both for your colleagues and our customers. You have a coordinating function and are essentially the link that connects the customer's contacts with your own management and the colleagues around you.

Here, leadership is more than just directing – it is about inspiring, supporting, and building trust. Through close dialogue with both employees and customers, you will help shape a safe and sustainable work environment where everyone thrives and develops.

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for the office in [fill in city]. Fundamentally, you work as a security guard, but your task is also to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out daily work in the best possible way.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Lead and plan the daily work for our stationary and patrolling assignments in a structured and inclusive manner
• Participate in staffing optimization
• Be the local link between customer and colleagues and ensure the right deployment based on the assignment
• Ensure that our policies are followed and that we jointly maintain high quality in our work

Requirements

• You are a trained security guard with at least VU2 certification
• Professional experience from the security industry
• Experience in leadership/management
• Good knowledge of the geographical work area covered by the position
• Good grades in Swedish from upper secondary school
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits if you

• have worked with similar tasks previously
• Have experience with our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, you must have approved grades from the first year of upper secondary school in Swedish and be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Security Companies Act (1974:191) (the application is made by Securitas). To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements for approval according to the respective legislation, a background check is conducted. Salary and terms of employment are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
