About the role and your responsibilities

As a comprehensive school teacher, you work pedagogically and socially based on the organization's goals and guidelines, as well as current regulatory documents. You are well-versed in the current curriculum and are responsible for the pedagogical content of the teaching, working to promote students' learning and development.

The position at Fäladsgården includes, in addition to teaching in regular classes, teaching in our special education group. The role also includes shared mentorship for a class together with one of your colleagues.

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a positive, creative, and challenging team where school development is a natural part of the work according to Lgr22 and the Education Act. You must be educated and certified as a comprehensive school teacher in Swedish and English for grades 7-9, and enjoy collaborating with other educators. Experience from teaching and from teaching in special education groups is meritorious. You have a strong commitment to students with special challenges.

We work in work teams and subject teams where the strength lies in "we," and where we constantly help each other to support our students forward in both knowledge development and social development. Therefore, we see that you have excellent collaboration skills, are solution-focused, and proactive.

The school has used digital tools in all school daily life for several years, and multimedia proficiency is also required, preferably with the help of Mac OS.
