The position is located within the Social Services Administration, which is one of eight administrations in Linköping Municipality. The Social Services Administration is responsible for official authority, ordering of measures, and own management in the areas of individual and family care, LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and social psychiatry. We ensure that all residents receive the support they are entitled to.

Your responsibilities

As an administrator within scheduling at the Social Services Administration, you will work in a team consisting of ten employees, three of whom are scheduling administrators. Your responsibility is to support the managers and schedulers of the operations with central scheduling and expert support, as well as to ensure that scheduling takes place efficiently and in accordance with current labor laws (ATL).

You will collaborate closely with other units regarding personnel matters, making this a central role in our organization. Your main tasks include optimizing the use of the operations' resources through planning and cooperation, as well as handling resource time efficiently. You will work in systems such as MultiAccess, Time Care Pool, and Heroma to ensure a smooth scheduling process.

Your workplace

As a scheduling administrator, you will support operations within the LSS, Adults, and Children and Youth divisions. You will become part of the SBC unit (Scheduling and Staffing Center), which was created to better meet the needs of our users, employees, and managers. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during office hours, and we apply flexible working hour agreements to give you greater flexibility. Our office is centrally located in Linköping.

You who apply

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and previous experience in scheduling and/or personnel administration. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel confident using the computer and various systems in your daily work.

Meritorious for the position is if you have post-secondary education in areas such as administration, payroll, economics, or HR, as well as if you have experience in change management and knowledge of labor law. If you also have a B-driver's license, it is a plus, as visits to the operations may occur.
