NTI School is now seeking employees for positions in Småland and the areas around Växjö, Vetlanda, Västervik, Oskarshamn, and Karlskrona.

The duties can be handled by a single employee or shared between several, depending on competence. The role consists mainly of three key areas:

  • Oral National Exams: Planning and conducting oral exams. A teaching license in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, and English is required for this part.
  • Written National Exams: Administration and conducting of written exams. As an invigilator, you are responsible for ensuring students take their exams in a legally secure manner. You verify that the candidate is registered and holds a valid license, inform them of the rules, supervise the writing process, and ensure the exam is submitted correctly. This part does not require a teaching license.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling of materials, mail, and answering questions regarding premises.

We are looking for you who have one or more of the following competencies:

  • Teaching license in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, and English.
  • Experience in administration and familiarity with handling systems, documentation, and routines.
  • Interest in a part-time position.
  • Social skills and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, mathematics, and English.

About the position:

This is a probationary position for 6 months. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline has passed. Since the role involves travel, the ability to transport yourself between the various locations is a requirement.
