A smart and meaningful choice
Do you want to work in a broad HR role where you can combine HR administration, recruitment, and close-to-business work in an international environment? Do you thrive on creating structure, providing service, and being a key support to both HR colleagues and managers? Do you want to be part of an engaged HR team where you have the opportunity to contribute to professional HR support for the organization? Then this might be the role for you.
Your next workplace
You will become part of the HR team for Sales and Central Functions, where we work closely with the business and support our managers throughout the employee journey. We are an engaged team that values collaboration, lack of hierarchy, and a solution-oriented approach. Here, we help each other, share knowledge, and provide the business with professional support in both strategic, operational, and ongoing HR matters.
With us, you will have a varied daily routine at a high pace, where HR is in demand and plays a key role in creating an engaged organization.
Your next challenge
As an HR Coordinator, you will have a broad and varied role where you are a key administrative and operational support for HR Partners and managers. You will primarily work with recruitment and HR administration, but also have the opportunity to contribute to development projects and improvement initiatives within HR.
You will become an important part of creating efficient HR processes and a professional experience for both employees and candidates.
In the role, you will among other things:
- support recruitment processes and be responsible for candidate administration
- draw up employment contracts and handle ongoing HR administration
- produce HR information and staff announcements
- publish content on the intranet and in internal communication channels
- support employer branding activities and collaborations with students
- provide administrative support in HR projects and development initiatives
- contribute to developing and streamlining HR work through digital tools and AI
This is a role for you who appreciate variety, enjoy collaborating, and thrive when you get to create structure while driving work forward in a fast-moving international organization.
To succeed in the role
We are looking for you who have experience of HR administration or another administrative role where service, structure, and quality have been central. You work independently, are meticulous, and are good at prioritizing when the pace varies.
You have a professional attitude and enjoy collaborating with different people. Since the role involves many contact points and also covers internal communication, you are good at formulating yourself both orally and in writing. You are also curious about how digitalization and AI can contribute to smarter ways of working and more efficient processes.
We would like you to have:
- experience of HR administration and recruitment processes
- good administrative skills and a structured way of working
- feel comfortable expressing yourself in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- experience of working in different systems and an easy ability to get to grips with new digital tools
- education in HR, personnel administration or equivalent, or alternatively work experience considered equivalent.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked in HR systems such as ReachMee, Cornerstone, or HR Plus.
As a person, you are service-oriented, lack of hierarchy, and responsible. You like to create order, build trust through a professional attitude, and are happy to contribute to positive collaboration. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experience, whether you are at the beginning of your career or have several years of experience in HR or administration.
We offer you
With us, you have the opportunity to work in a business where sustainability, long-term perspective, and development are in focus. You will become part of a professional and business-close HR team with high ambitions, where the pace is high, much happens – and where we help each other, support each other, and have fun along the way. You will have significant personal responsibility, varied tasks, and an important role in creating structure, quality, and professional HR support for the business. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen our ways of working and processes.
