The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) is now looking for a Unit Manager who wants to lead and develop the work towards a legally secure, efficient, and uniform application of permit cases within the fund sector.
About the Job
As the Unit Manager for Fund Permits, you lead a group of lawyers working on permit cases concerning fund companies and alternative investment fund managers. You are responsible for ensuring that the processing is efficient, legally secure, and appropriate, and you make decisions in certain cases. You have personnel responsibility and ensure high quality in the work by distributing tasks, following up on results, and actively contributing to the development of both the team and your employees.

In your role as a manager, you lead, support, and create good conditions for your employees' results and development, among other things through clear goals and ongoing follow-up. You develop the operations strategically and long-term based on the FSA's overarching goals and work for the whole and collaboration across operational boundaries.
We assume that you have a strong interest in leadership issues and in developing yourself in your role as a leader. We offer you leadership training to give you the prerequisites for success in your leadership role.

- express yourself very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you
- have experience in a supervisory position or formal management experience
