Do you want to combine technical property operations with coordination, leadership, and development? ISS is now looking for a Operations Coordinator for an exciting assignment where you will work 50% for Upplands-Bro Municipality and 50% for Danderyd Hospital.

This is a role for you if you thrive close to the operations but simultaneously want to take greater responsibility for planning, coordination, and quality in the delivery.

About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and developing daily property operations together with technicians, customers, and contractors.

You act as a key person between operations, the operational organization, and delivery managers, ensuring that work is conducted efficiently, structured, and with high quality.

The role is partly operational and partly coordinating.

Examples of tasks:

  • Coordinate daily operations between two sites
  • Coordinate and support technicians in operational work
  • Handle and follow up on fault reports and operational cases
  • Compile materials for analysis of property data, statistics, and improvement proposals in monthly operation reports
  • Gather materials for quotations
  • Plan and follow up on interventions together with contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure quality and follow-up in delivery
  • Participate in customer meetings, operational meetings, and inspections
  • Work actively with operation optimization and improvement work
  • Follow up alarms, BMS (Building Management Systems), and regulatory requirements
  • Report and document in digital systems

We are looking for someone who

Has experience from property operations and enjoys combining technology with coordination and responsibility. You are structured, communicative, and accustomed to building trust with both customers and colleagues.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in property operations or technical management
  • Experience in coordination, team leading, or similar responsibility
  • Good technical understanding within HVAC, electrical, and control/regulation
  • Experience with property systems and digital tools
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Good command of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience from public sector properties or hospital environments
  • Knowledge within BMS and fire safety
  • Experience with Bastec or similar control systems
  • Technical education within property or operations
