About the Role
As an Accounting Assistant at iSales, you will become a key part of our finance function, working closely with management and other internal departments. The role is varied and suits you if you thrive with structure, numbers, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Creating and managing invoice documentation
- Preparing and sending customer invoices
- Handling and controlling payroll documentation
- Performing payroll checks and quality assurance in Excel
- Ensuring that documentation is correct and complete before payroll runs
- Compiling, analyzing, and following up on financial data
- Working with administrative financial routines and internal follow-up
- Contributing to the development and efficiency of internal processes and working methods
- Maintaining ongoing contact with internal departments to ensure correct documentation
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant work experience in finance, administration, payroll, or invoicing
or
- Relevant higher education in economics or an equivalent educational background
Furthermore, we see that you have:
- Very good knowledge of Excel and experience working with checks, follow-ups, and analysis in spreadsheets
- Good administrative skills and a structured approach to work
- Understanding of financial flows and basic bookkeeping skills are meritorious
- Good system proficiency and ease in adapting to new working methods
