Happy Kids Preschool is now looking for additional staff for the upcoming school year.

Happy Kids is an established bilingual preschool with extensive experience. The preschool in Kållered opened in 2006, and the one in Kungsbacka in 2009.

Happy Kids preschools are bilingual, which means that approximately half of the educators speak only Swedish with the children, while the other half speaks only English with them.

Our families choose Happy Kids because they want to give their children early bilingualism, as well as the opportunity to meet children from other cultures in an international environment.

Our vision is that children at Happy Kids, by integrating language, culture, and tradition into the daily preschool activities, will:

• develop their language skills at an early age
• be exposed to various cultures and traditions from around the world.
• develop a natural understanding of ethical diversity and tradition.

We are now looking for preschool assistants for our preschool in Kållered who can support us during the upcoming school year. The preschool accepts children aged 1 to 5 years.

We have pleasant, well-adapted premises and a large yard. The proximity to nature and good transport connections provide excellent conditions for our many excursions.

We place great value on creativity and actively work on creating new, exciting learning environments. The operations follow the Swedish national curriculum for preschools. You will be part of a work team where you, together with your colleagues, conduct education in accordance with our guiding documents.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who:

• Can communicate in Swedish and English.
• Have a strong interest in other cultures, languages, and our surroundings.
• Have a positive view of children and work actively with children's participation and responsibility.
• See the competent child and are accustomed to working from a co-researching perspective where play is in focus.
• Want to create exciting, varied learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, based on a sustainability mindset.
• Have a professional approach and good communication skills with children, colleagues, and guardians.
• Are familiar with pedagogical documentation and digital technology, as this is a given in our operations.
• Identify with the words flexible, engaged, proactive, responsible, efficient, and responsive.
