We are now looking for assistants who are genuinely interested in working with children and who have a respectful and warm approach. I am an 8-year-old girl with a muscle disease who has recently been granted personal assistance.

My need for assistance primarily concerns the physical aspects, which can sometimes be heavy, so we are looking for you who have good physical fitness. I also have extensive mucus problems, so it is important to be vigilant and calm to master stressful situations that may arise in connection with this.

I can tell you what I want myself, but it still requires that you are sensitive and can read my body language. We will learn most things together, as my needs, just like everyone else's, are individual. We would prefer that you are a trained auxiliary nurse or have worked with something similar, but most importantly, of course, is the personal chemistry.

It is important to me that my assistants are happy, have imagination, and take the initiative so that I get a fun and meaningful everyday life with people I can rely on.

During the day, I go to school, and my assistants are welcome to follow me there. There, I would like my assistants to encourage play with my classmates and, in between, keep a low profile.

Working hours and other details:

• Working hours are scheduled both day and evening, Monday to Friday.
• We prefer female applicants.
• A driver's license is an advantage.
• It is important that you speak and understand Swedish fluently so that communication between you and me can function.
