We are now looking for assistants who are genuinely interested in working with children and who have a respectful and warm approach. I am an 8-year-old girl with a muscle disease who has just been granted personal assistance.

My need for assistance primarily concerns the physical aspects, which can sometimes be heavy, so we are looking for you who have good physical strength. I also have extensive phlegm issues, so it is important to be vigilant and calm to handle stressful situations that may arise in connection with this.

I can tell you what I want myself, but it still requires that you are sensitive and can read my body language. We will learn most things together, as my needs are individual, just like everyone else's. We would prefer that you are a trained assistant nurse or have worked with something similar, but most importantly, of course, is the personal chemistry.

It is important to me that my assistants are happy, have imagination, and take initiative so that I get a fun and meaningful everyday life with people I can rely on.

During the day, I go to school, and my assistants are welcome to accompany me there. There, I would like my assistants to encourage play with my classmates and keep a low profile in between.

Working hours: Both day and evening, Monday to Friday.

Other: We prefer female applicants, and it is a requirement that you speak and understand Swedish well so that communication between you and me can function. A driver's license is an advantage.
